• I don't see what I need in your catalog. Do you have other products and capabilities?

Many EHC customers have special requirements for their knobs, ranging from the style of the insert or stud; knob material and colors; and knob design. If you don't see what you need in our catalog, send us an RFQ, e-mail or call us. We can source your special needs quickly, and at a lower cost than anyone else can. Lead times for the first order may be a bit longer than normal. However, after we have made the first shipment we will carry inventory in our warehouse so you can receive your 2nd and following orders usually in just a few days.

• What are your normal lead times?

Orders for knobs that we have in Inventory will normally be shipped a few days after the order is received. If you place an order for a knob that is not in stock, delivery will be a bit longer. However, after we have made the first shipment we will carry inventory in our warehouse so you can receive your 2nd and all following order usually in just a few days.

• Can you cross-reference another manufacturers knob/handle part number with yours?

Yes, we are able to cross-reference most competitors part numbers with ours.

• How do we pay you for our order?

EHC honors Visa, Master Card, Amex and Government Purchase Cards. Or , you can place your order with a purchase order. If you are a new customer, and choose to use a purchase order, we require a credit application. Credit applications are typically processed in 10 days.

• The knobs in your catalog are all black. Can you make knobs in colors?

Yes. Thermoplastic knobs can be made in almost any color and we can generally color match those to your specifications. Thermoset knobs can be made in colors also, but are somewhat more limited. Submit your order for colors other than black on the RFQ.

• Do you have a catalog?
